Beautiful Garnishes

Summer brings about an appreciation for beauty and color. The French always have a creative garnish on their food. Whether a simple country casserole is adorned with shavings of cheese and sprinkled with herbs or a dessert is elaborately adorned with a chocolate monogram, the effect is always stunning.
