Spinach Soufflé Recipe

For an elegant brunch or dinner presentation, make a beautiful spinach soufflé. It takes a few minutes to prepare, but aside from separating a few eggs, there are absolutely no advanced cooking techniques used to prepare this dramatic dish. Add a colorful serving of strawberry orange soup and mellow cups of café au lait for a festive, easy brunch. Bon Appetit!
