French Canadian Recipes

Thursday June 19, 2008

A good friend of mine just got back from a refreshing mini-vacation to Quebec. She hiked near the St. Lawrence River and stayed in a bed-and-breakfast that served blueberry pastry every morning. It was one of those quaint little inns that offer lunch and dinner as part of an “extras” package. Lucky for her, my friend’s extra services included a heated river stone massage in a gazebo under the stars. For those of us without a masseuse on hand, here is a delicious selection of French Canadian recipes that are probably being served this very minute in Canada. Bon appetit!
