Individual Chocolate Soufflés Recipe

Monday September 29, 2008

The first recipe I use when I give cooking lessons is for a simple chocolate soufflé. It is a magical, airy, and rich confection that perfectly rounds out any meal. Hint: Use premium chocolate for the best flavor. Served fresh out of the oven, it delights young children and impresses dinner guests. Bon appetit!
