Daube de Boeuf Provencal Recipe

This daube de boeuf Provencal recipe is a wonderful dish to make early in the day – or even a day ahead of time – to allow the complex flavors to mellow and develop. It is accented with warm spices and traditional Provencal ingredients, like cinnamon, orange zest, and olives - perfect for this time of year! Bon appetit!
