Pissaladičre Recipe

Pissaladičre is a savory, Provencal onion tart layered with olives, anchovies, and herbs. Serve it cut into little rectangles for a fabulous party appetizer. Pair it with a salad and soup for a healthy lunch or light main course. Add nothing more than a glass of wine and a crackling fire for a cozy night in. However you serve it, bon appetit!
