Cinnamon Palmiers Recipe

When one thinks of palmiers, the tiny scroll-like pastries, sweet and flaky cookies come to mind. These cinnamon palmiers are just that: warm and buttery, with a touch of comforting, caramelized cinnamon. Bon appetit and joyeux Noel!
