Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

Cauliflower, garlic, and onions tossed with olive oil make a nutritious, easy side dish recipe for hectic weeknights. Take it a step beyond a simple side dish and use your roasted cauliflower as a base for delicious roasted cauliflower soup.
