Cucumber Dill Salad Recipe

Tuesday January 6, 2009
Cucumber salads are often part of the traditional first course in a French meal. They usually incorporate only a few carefully chosen ingredients tossed together in an effortless yet beautiful mélange. Good quality products must be used because of the elegant simplicity of the dish. When so few flavors stand out, they must be absolutely delicious. White wine vinegar, a sprinkle of salt, and a dusting of sugar enhance the refreshing taste of cool, green cucumber dill salad. Serve this Alsatian recipe with a light fruit spritzer beverage.
