Pan Bagnat Recipe

A pan bagnat is a sophisticated tuna salad tossed with capers, garlic, and red wine vinegar, and then served on a crusty baguette. They are very popular in resort towns in Provence. The secret to a great pan bagnat is to chill it after assembling to allow for maximum flavor development.
