Here’s a scrumptious dish straight from the apple country of France - Normandy and Brittany: Chicken in Hard Cider Sauce. This recipe is deceptive; with so few ingredients, one expects it to be simple and plain. The preparation is nearly effortless, but the flavor is absolutely out of this world. Roasted chicken in cider sauce, is simply browned chicken in a cider reduction sauce accented with a touch of caramelized onions. A weekend dinner couldn’t be any tastier.
