On July 14th, the French and Francophiles everywhere celebrate freedom by taking the party outside and picnicking anywhere and everywhere. If you're lucky enough to be near Paris for Bastille Day, be sure to visit the colossal military parade down the Champs Elysees and watch the magical fireworks display by the Eiffel Tower later in the day. Otherwise, make it a festive day at your own house, by hosting an elegant Bastille Day brunch early in the day, then take the party outside. Bon appetit!
