What's for dinner? In my home, when my immediate response is pizza, I make myself slow down and whip up one of these savory tarts instead. It's so much healthier, doesn't take much active prep time, and, despite pizza being delicious, is simply scrumptious. Cut the tart or pie into wedges, and serve it with a crunchy, chopped side salad and a good bottle of wine for a excellent meal.
