Langoustine Gratin Recipe

For a luxuriously rich alternative to the vegetable gratins so popular in the winter, try this langoustine gratin recipe. The langoustines can easily be found in larger fine food markets, but lobster meat makes a perfectly flavored and textured substitute if you cannot locate them. Offset the heaviness of the gratin with a crisp, chopped salad for a satisfying meal. Bon appetit!
