Winter is slipping away, and with the wild weather we've all had, maybe that's a good thing. But one tradition is sure to be missed along with the beauty of sparkling snowflakes floating along in the frosty air. That's right, it's hot chocolate. I personally start every chilly morning with homemade chocolat chaud, so I'll be a little sad when it warms up - but only a little! Made with melted chocolate, hot milk, raspberry extract, and whipped cream, this raspberry chocolate chaud certainly isn't your average hot chocolate recipe, but it's a fantastic, nearly caffeine-free way to wake up.
