This is the purely alcoholic version of a raspberry Chambord truffle. The cocktail is as smooth as ganache, but not quite so innocent.
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Ingredients:
- ¾ ounce crème de cacao
- ¾ ounce Chambord
- Dash vanilla liqueur
Preparation:
Mix together and pour into a shot glass.
Makes 1 serving.
