This elegant kir Normand is a tradition at parties and special occasions in Normandy. For a light, yet pleasurable treat, it partners well with lemon sorbet at the end of a meal.
- 1/2 ounce crème de cassis
- 2 1/4 ounces dry, sparking hard apple cider
Add the crème de cassis to a Champagne flute and pour the sparkling cider over it.
