This is the purely alcoholic version of a Grand Marnier chocolate truffle. It’s as smooth as ganache, but not quite so innocent.
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Ingredients:
- ¾ ounce crème de cacao
- ¾ ounce Grand Marnier
- Dash vanilla liqueur
Preparation:
Mix together and pour into a shot glass.
Makes 1 serving.
