The measures are really unreasonable respectively unusual for an European drink! 3 ounces - this is 9 cl of vermouth - plus creme de cassis looks unproportional too much! In Europe most of the time you are looking for 4 or 5 cl [which is around 1 1/2 ounces] as measure. Well - up to 10 cl for a dessert wine [will be over 3 ounces - but only for conventional dessert wines - not for fortified wines].
