Sweet, fresh figs and creamy yogurt make this fig and honey smoothie a unique drink. Add the warm flavor of honey to the irresistible crunch of the fig seeds and you have a fantastic breakfast or afternoon pick-me-up!

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 fresh figs, trimmed
  • 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
  • 3 ice cubes (1/2 cup ice chips)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
  • 2 chilled glasses

Preparation:

Coarsely chop the figs. Process the chopped figs, yogurt, ice cubes, and honey in a blender until smooth. Pour the fig smoothies into the chilled glasses and serve.
