Ingredients:
- 4 fresh figs, trimmed
- 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
- 3 ice cubes (1/2 cup ice chips)
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
- 2 chilled glasses
Preparation:
Coarsely chop the figs. Process the chopped figs, yogurt, ice cubes, and honey in a blender until smooth. Pour the fig smoothies into the chilled glasses and serve.
