Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries, rinsed
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons fresh orange zest
Preparation:
In a small saucepan, bring the orange juice, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, and cloves to a simmer. Remove the mixture from the heat and allow it to cool to room temperature. Crush the berries, spice mixture, sugar, and orange zest in a food processor on the pulse setting. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
