Assemble traditional crepe ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 3 eggs
- Dash (1/16 teaspoon) salt
- 1 cup milk
Mix the crepe batter and allow time for it to rest before cooking. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet or crepe pan. Pour in 3 tablespoons of batter and swirl around the pan into a circle.
