Chop the Chocolate

Assemble the traditional ganache ingredients:

  • 12 oz semisweet chocolate
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Finely chop 12 oz of semisweet chocolate.

  1. Chop the Chocolate
  2. Measure the Cream
  3. Heat the Cream
  4. Add the Chocolate
  5. Start Mixing
  6. Continue Stirring
  7. Almost Done Stirring
  8. A Good Consistency
  9. Good Enough To Eat
  10. Time To Use It
