Sirloin Croquettes Recipe

Dredging beef patties in breadcrumbs and then sautéing them in butter brings a fantastic flavor to this dish.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes


  • 1 lb ground sirloin
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons minced onions
  • 3 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Breadcrumbs for dredging


Mix together the sirloin, thyme, salt, pepper, egg, onions, and 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs. Form the beef mixture into 4 oval patties, and then roll them in the extra breadcrumbs. Melt butter over medium-high heat in skillet. Sauté the beef patties for 5 minutes on each side, until desired doneness. Serve hot.

Makes 4 servings.

Can we use for aero plane menu, Member Dhanibar

I think this menu can easier to make it. And my question is can we use for the aero plane food, cause we serve very different way, cook - freeze - re-heat - serve. So can you tell us about that food.... Kindly Regards, Dhani (note: i send you example our meals)
