Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 3 1/2 cups cubed watermelon
- 3 1/2 cups fresh red or black raspberries
Preparation:
In a small bowl, whisk together the chopped mint, honey, and lime juice. Allow the mint-honey dressing to chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Gently toss the prepared dressing with the watermelon and raspberries. Serve the salad immediately or store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
